Ufone Represents the Nargis Fakhri's Mobilink Ad in New Style

Recently Nargis Fakhri was seen in local newspapers for Mobilink's Jazz-X mobile phones' ad. Though many people didn't like that way of advertising i.e., a model in a red skinny dress between the news headings. And there was a little bit controversy came out as a result.

In this scenario, Ufone changed that controversy into fun. Ufone represented the same ad for its mobile phones but not with any female model wearing some kind of skinny dress, but with a local desi man wearing simple Kameez Shalwar with cap(topi) and a handkerchief(romal).

That man is none other Faisal Qureshi. Faisal Qureshi has been doing TV and Print Ads with Ufone for over a decade now. A unique kind of comedy in Ufone ads is already pretty much famous in Pakistan and other parts of the world through social media.

Just after a few time, this new and some sort of hilarious advertising campaign of Ufone got instant hit and was trending all over the social media. We're sure these two entirely different kind of models shown below will make you smile.

PSL Officially Reveals Logos of All the 5 Teams / Franchises

Pakistan Super League (PSL) recently revealed logos of all the 5 teams. The official logo of PSL was revealed in ceremony organized by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). All the Players of Pakistani Cricket Team, PCB Officials and famous celebrities of Pakistani Drama and Film industry attended the ceremony. In the same ceremony, the theme song of Pakistan Super League was revealed. Ali Zafar sung the PSL anthem song. The song was instantly hit and famous everywhere in social media.

Hafiz Saeed Talks About Phantom Movie

Recently on 30th August 2015, Hafiz Saeed gave his comments about bollywood movie Phantom. According to Saeed, the movie is a trick of indian government to augment Pak-Indian diplomatic tension. Hafiz Saeed is accused of masterminding Mumbai attacks by India. However the case against him was not settled in favor of India due to insufficient and invalid evidence provided.

In the video, Hafiz also condemned the terrorist incident of Mumbai. "I already have condemned Mumbai Attacks many times on many forums as Islam strictly forbids terrorism", says Hafiz Saeed in a program.

Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015) - First Look Teaser

Jawani Phir Nahi Ani is an upcoming Pakistani comedy thriller film directed by Nadeem Baig. The film is all set to be released on Eid-ul-Azha 2015. The movie cast includes Humayun Saeed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Ahmed Butt, Wasay Chaudhry, Mehwish Hayat, Sarwat Gillani, Sohai Ali Abro, Ayesha Khan, Jawed Sheikh and Umer Shareef.

The movie, unlike the other Pakistani movies, has some more mirchi of glamour as the viewers can see after watching this teaser. The movie also has some romance and action packed beautifully within this comedy thriller. Jawani Phir Nahi Ani is a debut movie for many artists acting in this film.

Ho Mann Jahaan - First Look Teaser

Ho Mann Jahaan is a much awaited upcoming Pakistani movie. Pakistan successfully tests first indigenous armed drone

On Friday March 13, 2015 the representative of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) told that Pakistan has successfully tested its very first indigenous armed drone named Burraq and laser guided missile, Barq.

The arsenal has the ability of striking their targets both moving and static with pinpoint accuracy. The drone has the ability to work in all kinds of weather.

Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif attended the ceremony and witnessed the successful tests of both drone and laser guided missile. He said the arsenal will surely help Pakistan in fight against terrorism.  He also commended the untiring efforts of the engineers, scientists and technicians who made this state of the art technology in Pakistan. 

"Lets join hands to take Pakistan forward in respective fields", said General Raheel Sharif in his message for fellow countries.

Pakistan has already some surveillance capable drones but "Burraq" and "Shahpar" were first armed drones to be developed locally. An unarmed version of Shahpar was also exhibited at the International Defence Exhibition in Karachi on November 15, 2012.

Justin Girls from Pakistan Sing Baby (Justin Bieber Song) in Desi Style

On February 17, 2015 a video became viral on social media when a facebook user Umer Hayat shared this video on his profile. In this video some girls are singing a very popular pop song 'Baby' by the Canadian recording artist, Justin Beiber.

It seems like the girls belong to the inner-city slums of Punjab, Pakistan. In the video you can see five girls including a cute little one.  One girl on front is singing the song in her melodious voice but in a pretty Punjabi accent where another girl is supporting her with background vocals. One girl is producing background music on a small metal pot known as 'mutka'. The duration of the video is 1 minute and 10 seconds.
